Schiavone Francesco is a company headquartered in Tirana, Albania, operating in the agri-food sector and in the design, development, and maintenance of gardens, parks, farms of all types, and agritourism projects, excluding construction works.

Founded in Albania in 2021 after more than twenty years of experience in Italy, Schiavone Francesco was established with the goal of expanding its activities internationally, with a strong focus on Eastern Europe, Northern Europe, and Asia. The company is fully authorized to operate in import and export markets.

Our mission is to guarantee the highest quality products, including wine grapes, olives, virgin and extra virgin olive oil, tea, table grapes, and fruit in general.

In the viticulture sector, we collaborate closely with wineries to develop new vineyards and manage existing ones, working with dedication to achieve premium grape quality for the production of exceptional wines. Schiavone operates without geographical limits and can provide its expertise worldwide.

In the olive oil sector, Schiavone is already active as an agricultural company with native olive groves in Albania. We produce virgin and extra virgin olive oil available in various formats—bottles, tins, and tanks—and also offer customized private-label solutions. Due to growing demand, new modern, high-density olive plantations are currently in development.

In the fruit sector, our objective is to supply private clients, industry professionals, and supermarkets with fresh, high-quality produce grown in Albania, with a strong emphasis on local and bio-oriented production.

In the public and private green sector, Schiavone manages the full CAD-based design, realization, and maintenance of gardens and public parks of any scale. We operate for public institutions, private entities, condominiums, villas, and new developments, participating in public tenders and subcontracting projects both nationally and internationally.

In the agritourism sector, we create elegant and functional green environments tailored to each location. From cultivar planning to landscape design, we enhance the beauty, charm, and identity of agritourism properties while preserving their local roots and historical character.
